If you decide to enter a contest, sweepstakes, or promotion that is sponsored by a third party partner the information that you provide will be disclosed with us and with them. Service Providers. We may disclose your information to service providers. Among other things service providers may help us to administer our website, conduct surveys, provide technical support, process payments, and assist in the fulfillment of orders.
Important Notice for School Users
Children
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect personal information from children under 13, without a parent or guardian’s consent, or that of a school if applicable. Parents and guardians of children under 13 who use any of our products have certain rights under COPPA and we recognize those rights. We will obtain parent or guardian consent before asking for personal information on our Site, unless the request for information falls within an exception that would be permitted under COPPA. We do not make personal information collected from children publicly available.. We will not condition a child’s participation in any activity or service on the disclosure of more personal information that is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time at the contact information listed in the “Contact Information” Section to review, update, or delete any of their children’s personal information that we may have collected and to elect for us not to collect any additional personal information from their children. We will not change how we handle previously collected information without providing notice and obtaining parental or guardian consent where necessary.
Data Retention
We evaluate the following criteria in determining the minimum length of time that your personal information must be retained: (i) the purposes for which the data was collected; (ii) your reasonable expectations regarding the retention of your personal information; (iii) the risk associated with retaining your personal information; (iv) whether your personal information can be retained in another format (e.g., deidentified); and (v) legal obligations. Following the expiration of an applicable retention period, we may deidentify, aggregate, or anonymize data instead of deleting the data where permitted by applicable law.

Parent or Guardian Rights. The right to withdraw your consent for our use of your information in reliance of your consent (refer to “Use And Processing Of Information” Section to see when we are relying on your consent), which you can do by contacting us using any of the contact information in the “Contact Information” Section. You also have other rights in respect to the information that we hold about you including:

Online Tracking. We do not currently recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include “Do Not Track” instructions.
Emails. You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send free newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials to you, as well as targeted offers from third parties. You can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in e-mails that you receive. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you service related communications.
If at any time you do not want to receive offers and/or circulars from us you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by emailing us (our contact information is below) with “NO SNAIL MAIL” in the subject line along with your name, address and zip code. Please note that our mailings are prepared in advance of their being sent. Although we will remove your name from our mailing list after receiving your request, you may still receive mailings from us that had been initiated prior to your name being removed.
Text Messages. If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information you can opt-out of receiving future text messages by replying “STOP.”

Note that, we may require you to prove your identity. We may verify your identity by phone call or email. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name, the last product you purchased from us, or the date of your last product purchase from us. If we do not receive adequate information for us to verify your identity, we cannot assist you.
How We Protect Personal Information
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is fully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. In the event that we are required by law to inform you of a breach to your personal information we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.
Some of our websites permit you to create an account. When you do you will be prompted to create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you are responsible for any access to or use of your account by someone else that has obtained your password, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by you. Third Party Applications/Websites. We have no control over the privacy practices of websites or applications that we do not own.
Changes To This Privacy Policy. We may change our privacy policy and practices over time. To the extent that our policy changes in a material way, the policy that was in place at the time that you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information unless we receive your consent to the new privacy policy. Our privacy policy includes an “effective” and “last updated” date. The effective date refers to the date that the current version took effect. The last updated date refers to the date that the current version was last substantively modified.
